Social Leadership E-Course (March)
This transformational and experiential course equips you with essential skills to integrate social priorities into your leadership, manage biases, and become a trauma-informed leader. Learn how social leaders and companies operationalize social priorities, enhancing both ROI and SROI.
Due date: complete by the March KCT session - March 6, 2026.

Capstone Projects (April)
Each capstone team is given a topic to conduct a series of interviews with industry experts and a drilled down research exercise over the course of eight months. Findings will be presented in April to program sponsors and the Kansas City Tomorrow Leadership Group (KCTLG). One project team may be selected to present to the Civic Council board for further support to continue their work for one year.
Due date: Complete by the April session - April 3, 2026.

Personal Perspectives (May)
Throughout the course of the year, you will be exposed to a wide array of topics, issues, leaders, area challenges. Your own interests and passions will become clearer to you. At the conclusion of KCT you will submit your Personal Engagement Plan which describes your passion and how you intend to be civically engaged in the future. This is a one-page simple narrative document which you will use as the basis of a 4-5-minute presentation to your class in May.
Due date: Complete by the May session - May 1, 2026.
